  1. Rinse poha lightly in water and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
  3. Add curry leaves and green chili.
  4. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.
  5. Add turmeric powder and salt.
  6. Add soaked poha and mix well.
  7. Cook for 2–3 minutes on low flame.
  8. Garnish with coriander and lemon juice.
